The Optimizastore range of Protective Coatings Inspection Kits provide all the tools required for onsite inspection of a coating, including ambient conditions, surface profile, dust test, dry film thickness and wet film thickness, adhesion test, inspection mirror and inspection flashlight Led Lenser.
Available as metric and housed in a sturdy, light-weight carry case.
The inspection kit includes the following coating inspection equipments:
- Advanced model universal positector + Probes:- DPM probe (environmental conditions)
- F 6000 probe for ferrous substrates (up to 1990 microns)
- RTR probe for rugosity measured through the replica tape method.- Coarse tape and X- Coarse.
- Adhesive measurement equipment Masterplate includes for cross cutting, cutting in lattice, comb for measuring the wet thickness of the coating, radio checker for sharp edges in structures).
- Cross cut adhesion equipment (indicate separation on the cutting blade).
- Super PIG III destructive coating thickness measurement equipment.
- Optimizastore powder kit (powder tape, 10X magnifying glass with light, scissors and registration sheets for the test).
- Large inspection mirror.
- Led Lenser P7R inspection torch (1000lumens)
Certificates: compliance certificates for Masterplate adhesion measuring equipment, dust tape, super PIG, cross cut adhesion equipment and calibration certificates for DPM probe, 6000 probe for ferrous substrates, RTR probe.
