The Optimizastore range of Protective Coatings Inspection Kits provide all the tools required for onsite inspection of a coating, including ambient conditions, surface profile, dust test, dry film thickness and wet film thickness, inspection mirror and inspection flashlight Led Lenser.
Available as metric and housed in a sturdy, light-weight carry case.
The inspection kit includes the following coating inspection equipments:
- Sling psycrometer- Digital contact thermometer- Dew point calculator- ISO 8501-3 roughness comparator grit or shot ( you should choose when you buy the inspection kit).- Dust test (includes dust tape, iluminated mygnifier 10X, register sheet for dust test).- Dry film thickness equipment Positector Universal 6000 for ferrous substrates until 1500 microns.- Stainless steel wet film thickness comb ( 25 - 2000 microns)- Inspection mirror (50 mm diameter).- Led Lenser M7R inspection flashlight. Certificates: Conformity certificates for ISO roughness comparator, digital contact thermometer, dust tape and calibration certificate for ferrous 6000 probe.
