The Optimizastore range of Protective Coatings Inspection Kits provide all the tools required for onsite inspection of a coating, including ambient conditions, surface profile, dust test, dry film thickness and wet film thickness, adhesion test, inspection mirror and inspection flashlight Led Lenser.
Available as metric and housed in a sturdy, light-weight carry case.
The inspection kit includes the following coating inspection equipments:
-Standard Body Positector Universal with DPM probe (ambient condition probe), 6000 probe for ferrous subtrates ( until 1500 microns), RTR probe ( measuring the surface profile by the replica test tape).- Coarse and X-Coarse tape.- Adhesion Masterplate kit ( for X-cut test, cross cut test, includes wet film thickness comb and sharp edges ve- Dust test (includes dust tape, iluminated mygnifier 10X, register sheet for dust test).- Inspection mirror (50 mm diameter).- Led Lenser M7R inspection flashlight. Certificates: Conformity certificates for adhesion masterplate kit, dust tape and calibration certificates for DPM probe, 6000 probe for ferrous substrates, RTR probe.
