The surface profile gauge SPG is a portable electronic device that measures the surface roughness, whichhas been treated by abrasive blasting. The surface profile gauge SPG measures and stores both the highest peak value measured as the lowest height of the surface roughness. Due to its measurement (50 measurements per minute) the meter is ideal for rapid and accurate measurement of large surface roughness.
Also shows the measured values continuously and updates the meter. The surface profile gauge SPG is resistant to acid, oil, water and dust and therefore is ideal for extreme use. The accuracy of the device is tested by including the metal plate and the glass plate zero. After calibration of the meter to zero surface profile, the profile is measured, in which the meter records the height difference between the peaks and valleysof the profile.
